ONEIDA 2 bedroom lake front cottage, living room, fireplace, kitchenette, bath, and side porch. Accommodates 4 $875, 5 $900, Off-season $120 each night.

TUSCARORA 4 bedroom cottage, living room, fireplace, kitchen, bathroom w/shower, and small porch facing the lake. Accommodates 4 $900, 5 $925, 6 $950, 7 $975 8 $1000, Off-season $130 each night.

SENECA Cottage w/1 small bedroom, large living area, wood burning stove, kitchenette, bath with shower, and large front porch. Accommodates 3 $750, 4 $775, Off-season $100 each night.

IROQUOIS Formerly the main residence, includes kitchen, bath w/shower, large living room w/fireplace, large deck facing the lake, and 3 bedrooms. Accommodates 5 $1025, 6 $1050, 7 $1075.

Efficiencies Chief Sabael also has 4 housekeeping units that are available year round. Each unit has a fully equipped kitchenette, bathroom w/ shower, double bed and pull out sofa. These units easily accommodate 2 people at a rate of $465 per week. A family may rent two adjoining units at a rate of $800.

Guests are encouraged to leave their pets at home. If you must bring a pet, we require advance notice and there will be a $75 per week charge per pet. All dogs must be kept on a leash and are not allowed at the beach.

If you bring your own boat, or rent one, and need dock space, please let us know in advance. The weekly rate for dock space is as follows: less than 12 feet - $50; 12-15 feet - $65 and over 15 feet - $85. (Per day will be prorated).

Weekly off season rates, (10% less), apply to cottages prior to the Fourth of July weekend and from Labor Day to late October. Efficiencies are available year round at a rate of $465 per week or $75 per night. Iroquois is also available year round at $150 per night during the off-season, (two-night minimum), or at the regular weekly rate.

If you are planning on having guests, for the day or overnight, we require prior notice. There will be an extra charge for visitors. All visitors must register. In no case will cottage occupancy be allowed to exceed the maximum listed capacity.

Payment is requested by check or cash, as we do not accept credit cards. Since cell phones do not typically work in this area, it is a good idea to bring calling cards.
